Lion Heart

This movie was produced by Nollywood star, Genevieve Nnaji. The movie was also recently bought by Netflix, which is a significant ‘first’ in Nigeria. Genevieve makes her directorial debut and plays the lead in this movie. This Netflix’s first Nigerian Original film is about Adaeze who steps up to run the family business alongside her uncle when her father fell ill. Some of the casts of this movie are  Genevieve Nnaji as Adaeze Obiagu, Nkem Owoh as Chief Godswill ObiaguPete Edochie as Chief Ernest ObiaguOnyeka Onwenu as Abigail Obiagu, Kanayo O. Kanayo as Igwe Pascal, and so on.

God Calling

This movie is definitely a must-watch.  It is a powerful movie about faith, obedience and hearing the voice of God in the midst of life’s storms. Some of the casts of this movie are Zainab Balogun, Karibi Fubara, Richard Mofe Damijo, Onyeka Onwenu, and so on.

Chief Daddy

This is a hilarious movie that would definitely crack your ribs! Produced by Mo Abudu, it is a comedy movie that tells a story about a billionaire industrialist Chief Beecroft, a flamboyant benefactor to a large extended family of relatives and different people. Some of the casts of this movie are Funke “Jenifa” Akindele as Madam TinuZainab Balogun as Ireti Beecroft, Shaffy Bello as Nike Williams.

Up North

This movie was shot in Bauchi and in Lagos. It tells the story of a young rebellious heir played by Banky W who was sent to Bauchi for his NYSC mandatory assignment as a punishment for defying his father. Some of the casts of this movie are Banky Wellington, Adesua Etomi, Akin LewisRahama SadauMichelle Dede, and so on.

Knockout Blessing

This entertaining movie is about a girl named Blessing, whose ambition is to achieve her dream and escape poverty. This takes her down a path that leads into the criminal underworld, and also the Nigerian political system. Some of the cast of this movie are  Ade Laoye, Meg Otanwa, Linda Ejiofor, Demola Adedoyin, Bucci Franklin and so on.
